Dart Energy holds a 45% participating interest in the Tanjung Enim PSC in South Sumatra, over an area of approximately 308 km2, together with partners PT Bukit Asam, a local coal mine owner and operator (27.5%) and Pertamina (27.5%).  Dart Energy is the operator.  The block has good prospects and is close to the main South Sumatra pipeline.

In 2011, two core wells were drilled, with encouraging results.  In December 2011, a three-well pilot well campaign commenced with drilling expected to conclude by 1Q 2012. Dart is currently evaluating a pilot-to-power project to use gas produced from the three pilot wells. This will allow for early gas sales and assessment of production capacity prior to full field development.

The Tanjung Enim block currently has 256 Bcf of 2C resources and 205 Bcf of prospective resources as certified by Netherland, Sewell & Associates Inc as of 31 December 2011.
