Assam, CBM IV.

On 29 July 2010, Dart Energy was awarded two CBM licences as part of the Indian Government's CBM IV bidding round - Assam (Dart Energy 60% and Oil India Limited 40%) and Satpura (Dart Energy 80% and Tata Power 20%).

In 2011, Dart conducted environmental impact studies and submitted applications for environmental clearances to the local authorities.  Dart expects to receive regulatory approval in 1Q 2012, following which a 15-core well drilling program will commence.  Contingent on positive results, a second phase of drilling comprising 30 pilot wells will be conducted.
