Zbigniew Zuk.

Zuk, a mechanical engineer, has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry.  He has extensive experience in both upstream and downstream, having worked for a number of multinational companies in Europe and Poland . 
 
Zuk began his career with Finnish oil company, Neste Oy, in petroleum refining in Finland, followed by operations and logistics in Poland for 7 years. He spent a further 12 years at ExxonMobil in the downstream sector in various managerial positions working on network development, retail and asset management in Europe and Poland.  He subsequently worked at ORLEN, the Polish National Oil Company, in their retail investments business. Zuk has been working in the upstream sector since joining Composite Energy in 2010, and now works for Dart as Country Manager for Poland.
 
Zuk is 49 years old, married with two sons and lives in Poland.
