Toby has over 12 year's post qualification experience working in-house in the energy and resources industry and in blue chip international private practice, across a variety of jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Dart, Toby was a consultant with Herbert Smith in Singapore and before that Legal Manager for Santos' Indonesian oil and gas business.  Toby lives in Singapore.
