• Accessing opportunities in geographies characterised by low cost of entry, proximity to high demand growth gas markets and high prices.  Such opportunities must be capable of being leveraged by Dart's core skills and experience either as an early entrant or through Dart's technical expertise;
• Progressing exploration activities swiftly into pilot / appraisal stage and achieving near-term proof-of-concept for initial commercial exploitation, early cashflow and margin demonstration;
• Maturing resources and delivering reserve certifications and rapid reserves growth while establishing technical and commercial viability;
• Adding tenements of strategic significance and value while continuously optimising the portfolio for efficient captial allocation;
• Maintaining partnerships and relationships with national and local authorities and companies and the surrounding communities;
• In the longer term, developing and maintaing a balanced portfolio of assets at different stages across the project life-cycle - exploration, appraisal, initial development and production.

Dart Energy has assembled a strong board and executive team who are recognised as leaders in the unconventional gas industry. Many of Dart's board and executive team were the founders and leaders of Arrow Energy, one of the great CBM success stories of the past decade. Dart's management is able to blend skills and experience in conventional gas, petroleum, electricity generation, government, energy policy development, resource development, law, commerce and corporate finance.
